Aristegui News reports the bill would allow for administrative, civil, and even criminal penalties against any doctor or nurse who tries to obligate anyone to perform any type of procedure that goes against their own beliefs. That could be anything from abortion to the use of certain types of anesthesias, like fentanyl.

Their names, ages, and genders were not released. A state official told the newspaper that there are three or four accidents involving pedestrians along that same stretch of road every day.
